Becoming a Golden School – the Train the Trainers route

Jenny recently revisited one of her Golden Schools that she has worked with for over 20 years. The Head and deputy Headteacher of Motcombe Infant School went on one of Jenny’s in-depth Train the Trainers courses where, over the course of several days’ training, delegates gain a deeper insight into the Golden Model, focusing upon Circle Time, staff well-being, lunchtimes and playtimes, children beyond, positive behaviour and self-esteem.

Having staff members who have been on a Train the Trainers course, along with training days booked for all staff with Jenny, is an excellent way of bringing the Golden Model into your school and helping it to evolve into a Golden School. Jenny can be invited to your school or cluster to run a Train the Trainers course for a group of delegates.

You can visit one of Jenny’s Golden Schools when Jenny presents a training day at Watercliffe Meadow Community Primary School in Sheffield on 12th June 2015. The day promises to be full and very inspiring!
