Here are our charges for postage and packaging (UK mainland only, not for delivery direct from manufacturer products):

• £4.99 for orders up to £20
• £6.99 for orders over £20 and up to £75
• £12.99 for orders over £75

Outside UK Mainland and Overseas Customers please enquire for costs of postage and packaging, before goods are sent. We could send you a proforma invoice, showing you carriage costs. If a book is pre-ordered before publication as part of a larger order, it will incur a separate charge for postage and packaging. For ‘delivery direct from manufacturer’ products –please contact us by phone or email for a quote for delivery charges. The delivery costs below are a rough guide only and are calculated by weight – however for multiple orders we will always work hard to get you the best delivery rates. We accept all major Debit Cards and Credit Cards, PayPal and schools may also register to pay via invoice.

Please allow 21 days for delivery, although our average delivery times are usually considerably less than 21 days.

If you order goods via the website, you will receive an automatic email saying that your order has been placed. You will receive another automatic email when your order has been completed and is out for dispatch. When you order by phone or by completing an order form you will receive your order within the specified number of days.

You will receive an invoice for your order only if you register to pay by invoice in our Online Shop.
