Its Jenny’s daughter Meg here – Mum is horribly busy at the moment and can’t find time to write … but she’s not too busy for her 6 grandchildren so we had such a nice night I thought I would sneakily go on Mum’s blog and tell you all about it …
Mum hosted Odharnait’s 2nd birthday in Pizza Hut with her 6 grandchildren (my brother’Çs family). In a moment of inspiration and quick trip to the shops mum created a new ritual …. birthday crackers (places Christmas crackers on the Pizza Hut table!) and tells the kids EVERYONE knows about birthday crackers! … She wore a felt crown, floral tights and pink converse boots …
A little boy walks in to Pizza Hut with no siblings and introduces himself to mum, mum shakes his hand, he tells her “this is my family” and introduces his mum and dad … Then he tells her “I like your clothes” and mum says “would you like to be my grandchild too” he says yes, they depart by the salad bar. Awwwww mummy is maaaaagical ……
