Circle Time –
4.0 out of 5 stars A very useful book
A great rescources book, that is easy to flick through to find an instant activity. There are photocopyable pages in the back for all the paper rescourses that are needed for any of the games. I keep my book with me so that i can look up something todo if i have 10 minutes spare at the end of the session.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great asset to any teacher
This book is full of fantastic ideas for developing social skills. As a teacher in a primary school I have found it incredibly useful in providing ideas for circle time activities and PSHE activities. I have used them with upper KS2 children but most could be used across both key stages. I highly recommend this book and will be buying the 101 games for self esteem next.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for younger pupils
I teach in a EBD special school and I do find the book useful to get ideas from. I can’t say it’s been a godsend like some other resources I’ve acquired but it certainly gives you some ideas.
My advice would be spend time familiarising yourself with the book so that you really can use it at the last minute; once I’d done this I got more out of it.
I’ve used it a KS3 but I think it’s better for KS2. I have even used it briefly ay KS4 within a tutor lesson/phse lesson to stimulate discussion.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very useful especially for good kids with aggressive or impulsive nature
Got this to help me keep my four kids aged 1 – 6 busy and happy on rainy days. One of them is particularly difficult to manage. It helped a lot, to distract them and entertain them. And it gave me a break from having to think of things to do myself! They also remembered a few of the games and came back to them later…

5.0 out of 5 stars 101 Games for Social Skills
This book is amazing. I have used many times in my classroom with the whole class as well as in a learning support classroom. The children loved the games and they got a lot out of it. Their listening skills improved greatly even after one session of games. well worth a buy and the games can be altered to suit many classes, levels and abilities.
