Sand Timer for Golden Time – 3 Minutes

Our sand timers have proved a powerful tool in creating positive sanctions when used for timing the removal of privileges during ‘Golden Time’. They provide a clear visual warning, helping children judge the passage of time until they can re-join their favourite activities. They are also indispensable for children ‘beyond’ Golden Time- those children who need to practice keeping one Golden Rule, just for a minute, and then build up slowly!
